Welcome to
www.trueclientpro.com (the “Site”), operated by True Client Pro, Inc. (“True Client Pro, Inc.”). The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and the services provided therein (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

  1. Acceptance of the Terms
    By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements for using the Services, and accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. Definitions
    “Access Credentials” means any username, password, or security code used to verify an individual’s identity to access the Services.
    “Customer” means any individual or entity accessing the Services.
    “Customer Data” refers to information and data collected from customers through the Services.
    “Fees” refers to subscription fees outlined in Section 6.
    “Indemnitee” refers to any party entitled to indemnification under Section 10.
    “Services” means the offerings provided by True Client Pro, Inc. through the Site.
    “Vendor” refers to third-party providers of event-related services.
  3. Privacy Policy
    Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your information.
  4. Electronic Communications
    By accessing the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from True Client Pro, Inc. All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
  5. Your Account
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. True Client Pro, Inc. is not responsible for third-party access to your account resulting from theft or misappropriation.
  6. Fees; Payment Terms
    6.1 Fees
    You shall pay True Client Pro, Inc. the subscription fees as indicated during registration. Fees are non-refundable after the first seven (7) days of subscription.

6.2 Payment Processor
All payment transactions are processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, Square). True Client Pro, Inc. does not store your credit card information. If your card is lost or stolen, the payment processor typically updates your card information automatically.

  1. No Refund Policy
    All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable after seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made within the seven-day period must be sent to hello@trueclientpro.com and include a valid reason for the refund.
  2. Chargeback Protection
    If a chargeback is initiated and resolved in favor of True Client Pro, Inc., the customer will be liable for any chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that this fee is applicable in such instances.
  3. Links to Third-Party Sites
    The Site may contain links to other websites not controlled by True Client Pro, Inc. We are not responsible for the contents of any linked site and provide these links for convenience only.
  4. Competitor Access
    Any competitors attempting to access the Site for competitive analysis or other purposes without prior written consent from True Client Pro, Inc. may be subject to legal action.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of True Client Pro, Inc. or its suppliers. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    True Client Pro, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
  7. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Client Pro, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
  8. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal actions must be conducted in the courts of New York.
  9. Arbitration Agreement
    Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  10. Force Majeure
    True Client Pro, Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  11. Miscellaneous
    17.1 Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.2 Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

17.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and True Client Pro, Inc. regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

Subscription Fees
True Client Pro’s subscription fees, both monthly and annually, are subject to change at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to subscription fees prior to the next billing cycle. By continuing to use the services, users agree to the updated subscription fees.

Processing Fees
True Client Pro does charge a processing fee of 1% when connecting to our online payment processing system for all transactions, including subscription fees. This fee is subject to change without prior notice and will be applied to the total amount of the transaction. Users will be informed of any changes to the processing fee at the time of payment. The processing fee will be collected automatically by our third-party payment processor, and users agree to these terms by completing a transaction.

Access Removal
True Client Pro, Inc. reserves the right to remove access to the Services for any unlawful acts, payment failures, or breaches of these Terms. Users may cancel their subscription by logging into the client portal.
